We want to make sure that switching to our plan makes sense. To do so, we would need to review your account with your current provider. Please obtain the most recent copy of your current provider's bill, we will review it and set up a time to discuss it with you. We don't want you to get stuck with any unforeseen termination fees or device buyouts. Just email a copy of your current bill to one of the addresses below.

Along with your account information, we will need a port out PIN from your current provider, we will provide details based on your provider as to how you can obtain it.
We will send you a link to set up your automatic credit card billing for your services.
We will work with you to schedule a time that your service will switch from your current provider over to T-Mobile. If you are already a T-Mobile customer, nothing will need to be scheduled, it will just happen seamlessly in the background.
After the change is needed, we are here to help support you with any issues you may have. We can help provide guidance and assistance based on your needs.
