All employees of Foss Swim School are invited to take part in the Jon and Susan Foss Phone Plan.   Also, any immediate family members/significant others are eligible as well.

When you sign up for the program, you will receive a link via Stripe to provide credit card information for monthly billing.   At any time, you can update your billing method of payment.   If your payment is declined, we will reach out to help get it corrected.

You are welcome to stay on the plan at a slightly higher rate.    If you'd like move off the account onto another T-Mobile account or move to another carrier, we will help facilitate that move for you.

To help keep the monthly cost low for you, you do need to provide a phone.    If you'd like to buy a new phone at any time, you certainly can.     Please make sure that the device is either unlocked and/or compatible with the T-Mobile networks.    Also, you can certainly visit this link for resources on how you can purchase a new phone. 

Your phone can be used within the United States, Canada and Mexico at no additional charge.   If you are interested in using it outside of those countries, please email global@fossphoneplan.com.   We can provide options and pricing for those services.

Yes you can, just email help@fossphoneplan.com and we will help you get the process started.    Since you provided your own phone, there is no contractual obligation to your service and plan.

You sure can and it will be billed at $XX.XX a month.    Just send us the device information to us and we will get it activated for you.    Also, your monthly billing rate may need to be updated.
